A History of Success
Founded in 1913, the Spain national football team has represented Spain in men's international football competitions.
The team is governed by the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and plays its home matches at the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu in Madrid.Spain has a rich history in international football, having won the FIFA World Cup once in 2010 and the UEFA European Championship three times in 1964, 2008 and 2012. The team has also finished second in the World Cup in 1950 and third in the European Championship in 1984 and 2020.
Spain is currently ranked 7th in the FIFA World Rankings and is considered one of the strongest teams in the world. The team is known for its attacking style of play and has produced some of the world's best players, including Xavi, Andrés Iniesta, and Iker Casillas.
